Quotations are an estimate only, and the final account will be determined by the actual kilometres travelled, additional expenses incurred such as spray fees and overnight horse lodgings, plus any stand-down time if applicable (rest time for overnight stops are not counted as stand-down time). All accounts are to be settled upon the arrival to the destination and prior to the release of the horse(s), unless prior arrangements have been made.
